Owned by a single caretaker since new, this exceptional example was driven sparingly and meticulously cared for with just under 21,000kms, originally residing in Alberta before the owner relocated to British Columbia and brought the car with them several years ago. This is #3/59 built for Canada in 2008 and was produced in July 2008 and therefore features Porsches larger, non-serviceable IMS bearing. Finding a 997.1 Carrera S Cabriolet that combines low mileage, one owner, the rare factory X51 Carrera Power Kit, a 6 speed manual transmission, and a high-spec build has become increasingly difficult to find. The upgrade package included revised cylinder heads and camshafts, a GT3-style carbon-fiber intake, and a sport exhaust system, delivering sharper throttle response and stronger torque across the rev range. Beyond performance, the X51 also brought meaningful durability improvements, such as a third front radiator and a deeper oil pan, further aligning the Carrera S with GT-focused engineering. The result is a more responsive, track-capable 911 that bridges the gap between the standard Carrera S and the GT3, offering enhanced performance, factory backing, and rarity without the full GT3 price premium.
