The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2025, at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) ends on April 5, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET (the “Promotional Period”); there are multiple drawing dates for this Sweepstakes Promotion. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes Promotion. The 2025 Mph.com / Miami HEAT Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Promotion”) is sponsored only by Miles Per Hour Inc. (collectively, "MPH" or "Sponsor"), which has its principal place of business at Miles Per Hour Inc., 81007 N Orange St, 4th Floor #1793, Wilmington, DE 19801

[1.] Eligibility: Sweepstakes Promotion is open to legal residents of Miami, Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents, of (a) the Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Promotion Entities”), and (b) Miami Heat Limited Partnership (“MHLP”), Basketball Properties, Ltd., the NBA and each of its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, Kaseya US LLC, Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, and any of such persons’ immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and/or spouses), regardless of where they live, or members of the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes Promotion or win any Prizes (as defined below). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.

[2] Promotional Period: Sweepstakes Promotion begins January 1, 2025, at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) ends on April 5, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET (the “Promotional Period”). The Sweepstakes Promotional Period consists of six (6) drawings (each, a “Drawing”), with each Drawing to award two (2) tickets to one upcoming regular season 2025 Miami HEAT home game (each a “Prize”), from among all eligible entries received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline, as set forth more fully below.

2.[3.] How to Enter the Sweepstakes Promotion: The Sweepstakes Promotion may be entered by completing the steps below.

a) In order to enter the Sweepstakes Promotion, entrants must complete the appropriate social action for the upcoming drawing (see entry dates below) and submit a completed website form with the appropriate information. All eligible entrants must (1) Follow @mph on Instagram or @mph on X (formerly known as Twitter®); (2) Like and tag a friend under the the most recent sweepstakes post on X or Instagram; and (3) fill out the website entry form on www.mph.com/HEAT only once. Entrants may opt-out of the foregoing requirements for entry into the Sweepstakes Promotion by emailing legal@mph.com and requesting for their name to be withdrawn from the Sweepstakes Promotion. The entrant will be the person named on the email account from the entry form, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Once the entrant has successfully completed each step, as described in the preceding sentences, the entrant will be entered for a chance to win.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive MPH.com offers, promotions and/or other commercial messages via email. You may unsubscribe from receiving MPH emails at any time. To unsubscribe, click “Unsubscribe” within any email communication from MPH.

Limit one (1) entry per person . Non-winning eligible entries that are not selected as a potential winner in a Drawing, described below, will be rolled over into subsequent Drawing(s), if any. You must submit your own entry for each Drawing individually and provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any Prize is awarded. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. For entry, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the Prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsor for purposes of these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

[3.] Drawings and Awarding of Prizes: There will be six (6) Drawings conducted from all eligible entries received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline (or as of the end of the Promotional Period, as applicable). On or about January 10, 2025, February 3, 2025, February 19, 2025, February 28, 2025, March 18, 2025 and March 28, 2025 (each a “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential Prize winner will win two (2) tickets to a Miami HEAT regular season home game and be selected in each Drawing from among all eligible entries received as of 11:59 P.M. ET one week immediately prior to the applicable Drawing Date (the “Drawing Date Deadline”) (see dates below). Winners must respond in 24 hours to claim their Prize via email or else they will be disqualified. These dates and drawings are subject to change.
