Powered by a 600 hp&nbsp;twin-turbo&nbsp;W12&nbsp;motor mated to an All Wheel Drive system a&nbsp;shiftable&nbsp;automatic transmission, it will do 0-60 in 4 seconds and has a top speed of 187 mph. This&nbsp;full-sized SUV also handles VERY well, and its state-of-the-art suspension can be set to respond to all kinds of conditions, on road or off. It can also tow up to 3500 lbs.
